We are always trying to improve our brand and refine our offering to the luxury ski market. The latest trend we have noticed in the industry is a shift away from larger groups travelling together and an increase in requests for smaller groups or families. Groups of 6-8 people seem to be the new optimal number of travellers in a “group”.
If you don’t want to stay in a larger mixed group chalet and socialise over your canapés with people you have only just met then a smaller chalet is a great alternative option; combining luxurious surroundings with the privacy of your own exclusive chalet.
We have moved into this market and believe that we have some of the best offerings out there for these smaller, chalet style apartments that are perfect for a family or for a smaller group of friends.
St Anton Options
In St Anton, the ever popular, must visit Austrian resort, we have several options.
Chalet Eden Rock, St Anton
Chalet Eden Rock is a beautiful, big chalet, there’s lots of space, plenty of staff on hand and excellent service. The chalet has a beautiful, stunning spa area with indoor swimming pool, bubble bench, steam room, sauna and treatment room. The private open bar area is completed with a roaring fire as well as big Austrian Stuberl style dining room. It’s a great property for 20 people to take exclusively. BUT – we have the ability to split this building into three completely separate chalet style apartments: Chalet Kanzi, Chalet Zari and Chalet Ariane. You have your own privacy, your own space, your own living room and a small kitchen.
The Swimming Pool in the Eden Rock
You will have the privacy of your own chalet alongside the back up, service and facilities of a small boutique hotel.
Chalet 53 Living Room, St Anton
Another option in St Anton is Chalet 53, our very own New York Penthouse meets Austrian Tyrol, a 6 – 8 person chalet apartment in the middle of the resort. An excellent location, 30 seconds to the main street and four minutes to the lifts and slopes. The old wood, local stone and alpine influenced soft furnishings add a Tyrolean touch, whilst the large windows and private lift directly into the chalet give off a New York vibe. You can have a chef and a host catering for your every whim. Or, you can book on a B&B basis to enjoy all the local restaurants, you could even look to cook for yourselves if you really wanted.
St Christoph am Arlberg
New to our collection is the stunning, brand new Glen Miller Residence in St Christoph am Arlberg, part of the new arlberg1800 suites, this chalet residence stands out as one of the best. Virtually ski in ski out and spread over one floor there are four bedrooms (one is a bunk room) to sleep up to 10 people; six people in double rooms and four in the bunk room. This set up makes it perfect for families or a group of friends. An in-chalet steam room offers some private luxury as well. The Glen Miller Residence also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a hidden snug/TV room for cosy film nights. If this isn’t enough, you have the backing of the incredible Arlberg Hospiz Hotel, linked directly by an underground tunnel. Guests can benefit from complimentary use of the 2,000sqm spa and wellness area, a choice of three different restaurants on site, the lounge bar and the concierge desk at the hotel.

A holiday is never a holiday if you are self catering and cooking and cleaning and constantly worrying. We can take away all the stress and hassle and will only ever suggest the very best holiday to suit you.
If you want a chef, we can provide a chef throughout your stay. If you want B&B, then that can be arranged. If you prefer to eat out, we can book your restaurants. Hosts and cleaners come as standard. Our very own private concierge is always on hand to help with anything and everything, as are drivers if needed to help get people to and from ski school or back from the après bars!
