It’s skilfully managed by a great team, many of whom we’ve known for years from their positions at various resorts across France. The unpretentious designer feel is soothing and ‘just right’. The relaxing Spa, canapés by the fire, the clever wine list, the balanced and delicious menu in Le Solstice, the uber cool rooms. We are a big fans of this hotel.
