For some of us, Spring skiing means longer days, giving maximum opportunity to cover as many km’s as possible in a day! But lets be honest, for the rest of us, the perfect Easter ski holiday is more about a few runs in the morning followed by a long lunch, glass of rosé in hand whilst soaking up a few rays!

Follow with the delectable ‘surf and turf’, succulent steak cooked on a hot stone, finished with a lobster tail on top.
