It’s another wet and rainy day in the Alps, not much fun when the weather is like this, especially when you see the lovely sunshine for the start of Wimbledon back in London!

Chance to post a job opportunity. Due to an office relocation, out of London and into Petersfield, Hampshire, we are in a position to advertise for a new Office and Sales Manager as well as a Sales Executive/Assistant:

Kaluma Travel Limited are a bespoke Travel Company, specialising in the winter ski market.

We offer tailor made luxury holidays to both a corporate and private client base, covering the best resorts in the French, Austrian and Swiss Alps.

Due to an office relocation, outside of London, Kaluma are now looking for a new Sales and Marketing Manager to run our UK office. This unique opportunity will see us relocate to Petersfield, Hampshire (GU32).

Ideally experienced in the Travel Industry and also with office management skills. A young company with 8 years of business behind us, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to play a pivotal role in the success of this small, niche travel company.

A positive, can do attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work on their own at times whilst being committed to team success.

Responsible for all corporate and leisure sales, from first contact right through to after sales care.

First class customer service skills are a pre requisite.

Ability to Account Manage corporate clients, covering all aspects of account management. Sales, after sales, as well as itineraries and events.

Flight booking and liaising with flight brokers and agents is also an important role in order to cover the whole aspect of a clients holiday.

Administrative areas include collecting pro-forma’s on confirmation, invoicing clients, receipts, cover letters, insurance bookings, use of PDQ machine etc..

You will be required to take an active lead role in marketing and advertising the company. To work with press and media contacts, to target our desired market, to liaise with agents and suppliers and to network within the industry to help promote both the product and the brand. Internet marketing and brochure production will also form a part of this role.

Management of an office sales and admin assistant throughout the year.
